Cancellation Policy

- Custom Sticker Order Policy At NerdHerdLLC, we take pride in producing high-quality, custom-made stickers that meet your unique specifications. Please review our policy below before placing your order. A consultation (via email, call, or form) will be conducted before confirming the project 1. Design Submission Designs must be submitted in a high-resolution format (PDF, PNG, AI, or SVG preferred). Files must be print-ready and sized to actual sticker dimensions unless design services are requested. If you require us to assist with design or formatting, additional charges may apply. 2. Proofing & Approval A digital proof will be sent via email within 3-5 business days of receiving your artwork. Production will not begin until you approve the proof in writing. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof for accuracy, including spelling, colors, size, and placement. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and Nerd Herd LLC is not responsible for any overlooked errors. 3. Minimum Orders & Pricing Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the sticker type and size. Pricing is based on sticker dimensions, quantity, material type, and finishes (e.g., matte, gloss, waterproof, holographic). Bulk discounts may be available and will be reflected in the quote. 4. Payment Full payment is required before production begins. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo Quotes are valid for 7 days. 5. Production Timeline Standard production time is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on workload. Turnaround time does not include shipping duration. 6. Shipping & Delivery Shipping costs will be included in your invoice or quote. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has left our facility. Local pickup may be arranged upon request and availability. 7. Returns, Refunds & Reprints Because all stickers are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. If there is a defect in printing or a significant discrepancy from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If eligible, we will offer a reprint at no additional cost. 8. Intellectual Property All designs provided by the customer remain their property. We will not share your artwork for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.
