Order Processing Times
Non-Custom (Retail) Items

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Custom 3D Prints

Production time is 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity, current workload, and materials.
Custom Paintings

Turnaround is 4–8 weeks, depending on size, detail, and medium. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Custom Stickers

Production starts after proof approval and typically takes 5–7 business days.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If we anticipate any delays, you’ll be notified via email.

Custom Orders: Shipping is calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements. These charges are included in your quote or invoice.

Retail Items: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Pickup: Available in Smyrna, TN, upon request and by appointment only. You’ll be contacted to schedule a time.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery ranges:

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or carrier issues.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Nerd Herd LLC is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Damage incurred during transit by third-party couriers
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We may assist with filing a claim or offer a resolution depending on the situation.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value or fragile items. Please request this at the time of order.
