  At Nerd Herd LLC, we are committed to delivering your items promptly, securely, and with transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and timelines for all orders, including custom and non-custom products.

  1. Shipping Locations

  We currently ship to customers within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at jerry@nerdherdllc.com before placing an order.

  1. Order Processing Times

  Non-Custom (Retail) Items

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  Custom 3D Prints

  • Production time is 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity, current workload, and materials.

  Custom Paintings

  • Turnaround is 4–8 weeks, depending on size, detail, and medium. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

  Custom Stickers

  • Production starts after proof approval and typically takes 5–7 business days.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If we anticipate any delays, you’ll be notified via email.

  1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  We use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  Shipping options (e.g., Standard, Priority, Express) will be provided during checkout or in your custom quote.

  1. Shipping Costs

  • Custom Orders: Shipping is calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements. These charges are included in your quote or invoice.

  • Retail Items: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Local Pickup: Available in Smyrna, TN, upon request and by appointment only. You’ll be contacted to schedule a time.

  1. Tracking Information

  Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

   Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

  1. Delivery Estimates

  Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

   Estimated delivery ranges:

  • USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

  • USPS Priority: 2–3 business days

  • UPS/FedEx Ground: 2–5 business days

  We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or carrier issues.

  1. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  Nerd Herd LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Damage incurred during transit by third-party couriers

  If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We may assist with filing a claim or offer a resolution depending on the situation.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value or fragile items. Please request this at the time of order.

  1. Address Accuracy

  Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

   We are not liable for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

  • Reshipping costs for returned packages due to address issues

  1. Combined Shipments

  If your order contains both custom and non-custom items, they may ship separately based on production timelines. You will be notified of any split shipments.
