  At Nerd Herd LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality custom products and curated retail items. This policy explains your rights and responsibilities when requesting a refund or return for either custom or non-custom items purchased through our store or website.

  1. Custom Orders (3D Prints, Paintings, Stickers)

  Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our custom products, the following conditions apply:

  A. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment, as long as production has not begun.

  • Once production starts, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  B. Refunds & Returns

  • Custom items are non-refundable once production begins.

  • We do not accept returns on custom work unless there is a major defect or deviation from approved specifications.

  • If your custom order arrives damaged or significantly incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos. We may offer:

    • A free reprint

    • A partial refund (at our discretion)

    • Store credit toward a future purchase

  C. Common Custom Product Limitations

  • Minor imperfections (e.g., 3D print layer lines, color differences, slight variances) are normal and not grounds for refund.

  • Nerd Herd LLC is not responsible for customer-provided file issues or design flaws.

  1. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

  For regular, ready-to-ship items such as tools, accessories, merch, or collectibles that are not customized, the following terms apply:

  A. Returns

  • You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

  B. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% for opened or damaged packaging.

  C. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be granted based on product availability and inspection.

  • Please contact us in advance to arrange an exchange.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items (All Products)

  If any item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package. Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

  • A brief explanation

  We will assess your claim and, if valid, offer a replacement, refund, or credit.

  1. Shipping Liability

  We carefully pack all orders and provide tracking for shipments. Nerd Herd LLC is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays once items leave our facility

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

  • Damage caused during transit by third-party carriers

  Shipping insurance may be purchased upon request for high-value orders.

  1. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Your full name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

  We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to assist you with the next steps.
