Here at Nerd Herd LLC, Our products are made to order so with that being said once a product has been sent to production there will be no refunds for buyers remorse. For all custom orders on D&D Figures and statues please allow 2 to 3 weeks from time of order to receive the product. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for all orders that require painting.
